Caloocan walang binatbat. There are tarpaulin wastes everywhere. Hindi na talaga nakakapagtaka na bahain dito sa area namin.
Valenzuela has done an excellent job of cleaning up the campaign materials. But I hope we can do something about this excessive waste from the campaign period.
Kudos sa mga volunteers. Bilis ng compliance nila sa DILG. Pero sana yung mga stickers, wag dedmahin.
